Each S.Café® yarn thread is meticulously spun with care. Incorporating coffee grounds alters the filament's properties, resulting in enhanced performance. Coffee fiber's micro-pores provide UV ray reflection and odor control while promoting breathability and quick drying, outperforming cotton by 200%.

Coffee Grounds

Daily coffee consumption generates large quantities of waste. S.Café® technology repurposes used coffee grounds to preserve valuable resources that can be used for yarn production. These grounds' unique porous structure enhances the yarn's performance, surpassing cotton and regular polyester.

Master Batches

S.Café® technology mixes processed coffee grounds and recycle polymer to create a masterbatch before spinning.

S.Café® Yarn

Using different spinning methods, S.Café® yarns are able to provide fabrics with different hand feel, appearance, and features.

ATY: provides a cotton-touch hand feel and appearance.
DTY: provides mono-material S.Café® yarns with stretchability without elastane or spandex, enabling more efficient end-of-life recycling down the line.
ATCY: used to make yarn texture more complex and flexible, is used to combine S.Café® with elastic/OP.
